Morning Affirmations on Your iPhone
Sixty-two morning lines, a reminder placed before the day fills up, and a widget where you already look first.
The Morning Boost category
Sixty-two affirmations written for the first hour, short enough to actually read before you are properly awake.
- A new day opens for you.
- Fresh starts live in this hour.
- One intention is enough.
- Today holds room for something good to find its way to you.
Some lines make room for your first name if you gave one during setup, and read naturally if you did not. Morning Boost is also pulled in automatically when you pick success and motivation, focus and productivity, or gratitude as what you want to work on, so the morning tends to be well covered no matter which of those you chose.
A two minute morning that survives a bad night
- Before the inbox. Put the medium Selune widget on your first Home Screen page, next to whatever you open first. The line changes on the hour, so the morning one is genuinely new.
- One card, not ten. Open the app and read a single affirmation properly rather than swiping through twenty. The feed is built so one card fills the screen for exactly this reason.
- Hold it for a breath. Press and hold the card. The gradient blooms and settles on a slow cycle, which gives you something to breathe with for a few seconds without a timer or an instruction.
- Favorite the ones that land. They stay in Favorites, which becomes a short personal list worth rereading on a worse morning.
Where to put the morning reminder
Reminders in Selune fall inside a window you set rather than at one fixed minute. If you pick success and motivation or confidence during setup, the app prefills three reminders between eight in the morning and seven in the evening. For a morning practice, narrow the window instead: set the start and end an hour apart around the time you usually pick your phone up. In the free version you get one reminder a day, which is exactly enough for a morning routine.
