Frequently asked questions
How do reminders work?
Selune sends gentle reminders at the times and frequency you choose. They are scheduled as local notifications on your device, so they keep arriving reliably without any internet connection. Tap a reminder and it opens the exact affirmation it showed you. To enable or adjust them, open Settings inside Selune. If reminders are not arriving, make sure notifications are allowed for Selune in the iOS Settings app under Notifications, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not silencing them.
How do I restore my purchase?
If you reinstall Selune or set up a new device, open the app, go to the Selune Pro or upgrade screen, and tap Restore Purchases. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase, your access to Selune Pro will be restored. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, not to any account with us.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple through your Apple ID, not within Selune. To cancel:
- Open the iOS Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Select Selune, then tap Cancel Subscription.
You will keep access until the end of the current billing period. If you purchased the one-time lifetime option instead of a subscription, there is nothing to cancel and nothing recurring to manage.
What does the free version include?
The free version of Selune is genuinely useful and stays that way, with no ads. Selune Pro unlocks every category and theme, more daily reminders, all widget sizes, and a custom affirmations editor.
Where is my data stored?
Everything stays on your device. Selune collects no personal data, has no account, and uses no analytics or tracking. See our Privacy Policy for details.
