Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form an agreement between you and Selune ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Selune (the "app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Selune is

Selune is a daily affirmations app. It shows you affirmations, lets you favorite and write your own, schedules gentle reminders, and offers widgets and personalization. Everything runs on your device — there is no account and no backend server.

Selune Pro and purchases

Selune offers an optional upgrade, Selune Pro, that unlocks every category and theme, more daily reminders, all widget sizes, and a custom affirmations editor. Selune Pro is available as:

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in the iOS Settings app under your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. The lifetime purchase is a single charge with nothing recurring to manage.

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store using your Apple ID. Selune never sees your payment details. Purchases are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You can restore a previous purchase at any time with the "Restore Purchases" button on the upgrade screen. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.

Acceptable use

Use Selune for your own personal, non-commercial wellbeing. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its content except as permitted by law.

Privacy

Selune collects no personal data and has no accounts or servers. Everything you create stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Selune is a wellbeing and motivation app. Its content is for general encouragement only and is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. It is not a substitute for professional care. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional.

Disclaimer of warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
